Instructions for Products You Cannot Return:
You will see that due to the nature of some products, returns are not accepted for them. However, if anything arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of item delivery by shooting us an email info@lotuslovebox.com with item photos so we can ship the replacement items!

Instructions for Products You Can Return:
If you are unhappy with the order for any reason and there are no damage or signs of use, you can request a refund. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back within 30 days of original delivery date. We do not provide shipping label for returns, buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. There will also be a 15% restock fee associated with the return. Once we have received and inspected the items and there are no signs or use or damage, we will provide refund within 5 business days. If the items has signs of use or is damaged, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with your refund. Please contact us if you have any questions info@lotuslovebox.com
